Location and cleanliness
There was a beep going on every few minutes (we think it’s a battery issue from one of the smoke detector/maybe outside, we could not locate where it’s coming from)
Obviously not you fault, but we thought we’ll let you know.

Stairs were quite steep but we live in a bungalow so are not used to stairs

Location is ideal for short breaks. The pathway at the rear along the lake and walk is nice. Nice to hear birds and ducks in the morning. It also rained which was much needed, that was very soothing.
Location is ideal for Oxford city centre, London and surrounding areas. We did not need to take the car out so saves a little on congestion charges which start very nearby.
Property overall needs maintenance and particularly some re-decorating and freshness.
Cleanliness was disappointing and across the floor and carpets we’d have to pick up human hair (Def not ours).
The door upon entry locks fine but is worn and likewise the bathroom floorboards are chipped which is hazardous for kids - Overall needs some paint work and bright colours
