Das Team des Hotel Brix und Arcade war wirklich sensationell. Wir hatten sogar eine Notlage: Wir mussten neue Zimmer haben, weil ein Hotel ganz in der Nähe der Eventlocation die Zimmer gar nicht zur Verfügung hatte, und Brix hat sofort reagiert. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten war alles geregelt, und wir konnten im Hotel Arcade Zusatzzimmer buchen. Wirklich Einsatz und Service – sensationell. Wir bedanken uns herzlich und werden wieder buchen.

The room was ideal for our needs and facilities very good should you want to eat and drink in the hotel. Smashing chillout lounge where you could totally relax.
Excellent location with bars, restaurants and cafes.
Check in was a little difficult although probably my fault as I forgot to make note of pin number. Couldn't connect to WiFi immediately so couldn't access my emails to obtain it. Pressed buzzer fir help but she wasn't much help.

Hatte kein Frühstück gebucht (soviel ich weiss). Lage hervorragend, viele Geschäfte in der Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich konnte entscheiden, dass Zimmer nicht reinigen zu lassen. und habe dafür einen Gutschein bekommen. Mit dem Lift direkt ins Parking fahren. Eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer ist immer ein Plus.
War ein bisschen gefordert mit dem Self Check-in.
