The property was pristine, modern with very nice decor, hot showers, high quality bed linens and a great underground carpark for our motorcycles. The staff were generally charming and very helpful, particularly Victor on reception when we checked out and the bar/restaurant staff. We had perfectly cooked omelet to order for breakfast and the soup we had for dinner was delicious.
Our check in was a hit and miss affair with communication issues and inconvenience on unloading bags. There was no vegetarian main course in the menu for dinner so we just had 2 soup starters and some french fries which weren’t hot. The soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower and sink weren’t working properly which was a small attention to detail issue for housekeeping. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

La comodidad, las habitaciones, el servicio, la opción de restaurante.
Cuando uno viaja en familia, la opción de la habitación que tiene la ducha en vidrio sin puerta, no es tan cómoda, pero tampoco es tan claro ese tema desde la aplicación, por lo que nosotros lo pudimos manejar sin que pasara nadie, pero se vuelve un poco incómodo. Claramente es el diseño, pero entonces no sé qué tan viable sea en habitaciones qué no son exclusivamente de pareja, como para 4 o 5 personas. En el lugar donde está ubicado el hotel, siento que rompe y es disruptivo respecto a su entorno, por lo cual es extraño ese hotel con los alrededores que tiene.

El cuarto era como lo esperábamos y como lo presentaban en las fotografías. El restaurante y la piscina también estaban disponibles y eran tal cual como se ofrecían en la web. El personal del hotel muy amable y claro. Permiten ingreso de mascotas y eso nos encantó (con sus respectivas restricciones a ciertas áreas). Solicitamos una cobija extra antes de acostarnos y nos la brindaron rápidamente.
Además, el parqueadero es interno (sótano) y eso nos hizo sentir más tranquilos en la noche con nuestro carro.
El buffet fue bueno y El restaurante ofrece unos platos deliciosos como menú al almuerzo (pago separado). 100% lo recomiendo.
Nunca oímos ruido de otros huéspedes.
Tuvimos una habitación que tenía balcón (daba hacia la calle principal) y lograban oírse las motos de afuera. Nada crítico, pero importante tener en cuenta si son de dormir ligero (a mi me afectó para dormir). Además, la puerta del balcón de nuestro cuarto no cerraba/sellaba bien (cuarto 201) y ayudaba a que se filtrara más el sonido.
Los jabones de la ducha estaban “estrujados” (como si alguien no hubiese sabido cómo utilizar el dispensador) y no se veían bien ni salía correctamente el jabón (se sentía un poco agüado).
