Wer eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung und komfortable Ausstattung liebt, wird sich in diesem Appartement wohlfühlen. Die Liebe zum Detail macht diese Unterkunft so wohnlich. Andrea, der Vermieter hat uns äußerst freundlich und fürsorglich betreut. Es lief alles unkompliziert über WhatsApp auf englisch. Jede Frage, zum Beispiel zu Einkaufstipps, hat er direkt beantwortet.
Wir wurden mit einem Willkommenspresent und einigen Getränken inklusive einem köstlichen Wein empfangen. Es gab eine volle Packung Spaghetti und ein Glas Tomatensauce und einige Gewürze. Sogar Kaffeekapseln für die Nespressomaschine lagen bereit. Es gibt auch noch so eine kleine französische Kaffeekanne, die auf dem Gasherd Pulverkaffee hochkochen lässt, aber keine Maschine für Filterkaffee. Ich könnte noch so viel mehr schreiben, was die umfangreiche Ausstattung betrifft, aber das wird hier zuviel. Die Aussicht von der überdachten Veranda über gepflegten Rasen, den Pool bis zum Meer ist traumhaft schön. Die ganze Anlage wird super gepflegt und trotz der gemeinsamen Nutzung des Pools mit bis zu 4 weiteren Parteien, gab es für uns in der Zeit von Ende August bis Mitte September keine Überschneidungen mit unseren Poolzeiten und den der anderen. Es waren auch nur 3 der 5 Wohnungen vermietet. Ich kann mir vorstellen,dass es zu Hochsaison in den Sommerferien hier trubelig ist, aber wir hatten eine erholsame Ruhe.
Die Klimaanlage war uns eine große Unterstützung bei den täglich zwischen 32 und 35 Grad. Zum Strand sind wir gerne gelaufen, aber wenn wir den Sonnenschirm und die beiden Strandstühle, die ebenfalls für die Gäste bereit liegen, mitnehmen wollten, ist es auch möglich, mit dem Auto direkt dort hinzufahren.
In naher Umgebung gibt es einige Einkaufsmärkte und auch direkte Obst- und Gemüseverkäufer. Tolles Fleisch gab es bei der kleinen Fleischerei in Tertenia.
Der Grill stand auch für uns bereit, allerdings konnten wir unser Fleisch in der tollen Pfanne auf dem Gasherd super zubereiten.

Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und bemüht mit zusätzlichen tips. Der Pool ist ideal zusammen mit der Terrasse. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Zum schönen Strand mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten ist es nur ein Katzensprung
Leider etwas abgelegen. Wenn man abends etwas unternehmen möchte muss man immer ein Stück fahren. Das Restaurant auf der Anlage ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Our stay at Abba Sixty was absolutely fantastic, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone planning a holiday in Sardinia.
We arrived by car, and one of the great advantages was the large, convenient parking area right next to the house. Foxi Beach is about 1 km away and can be reached with an easy walk, without many steep climbs, which we really appreciated.
There are also several lovely restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine.
Our host made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. After a long journey, we found a thoughtful welcome selection of food and drinks, including pasta, beverages, and other essentials, so we didn’t have to rush to the supermarket straight away. It was a wonderful and much-appreciated gesture.
The apartment is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. You can tell that every detail has been carefully considered.
Another highlight is the shared swimming pool located just next to the house. Although it is shared with a few neighboring properties, during our stay we had it almost entirely to ourselves, making it a perfect place to relax in peace and quiet.
This is a wonderful place for both families with children and adults. Whether you want to relax by the pool, spend time at the nearby beach, or explore the beautiful surroundings, there is something for everyone.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would be delighted to return to Abba Sixty in the future.

Olyan volt a hely, mint a képeken! A medence remek (a vízhőfoka is), a kilátás csodálatos, nagyon kellemes volt a reggeli kávé a napsütötte tornácon.
A konyhában minden volt, örültünk a bekészített hideg italoknak.
Andrea szuper szállásadó, minden kérdésre válaszolt, éttermet is javasolt a vacsorához.
Pár perces autóútra egy csodálatos homokos strand (Spiaggia di Foxi Manna) éttermekkel, bárokkal (és június végén viszonylag kevés strandolóval).
Igazából nem volt ilyen.
