Attractive swimming pool with guard (doing a very good job)
Well trained staffs
Good facilities (with kids play area and good gym)
Spacious and modern rooms
Professional Chefs and Kitchen and Serving Team
Late check-out (Irfan helped us, much appreciated)
Meal - Standard options and missing the 4 star buffet quality
Choosing Full Board not worthy (better to go with only breakfast option, if options continues like this)
Tennis and Basketball courts are there but instruments not available for guests to use

نظيف وهادي وشرح وسعره جداً مناسب ، وموظفين الاستقبال وخدمة العملاء جداً خدومين واخص بالذكر الاخ حسين علي الصفواني مثال حي للموظف المثالي والمخلص بإتقان .. ما قصر رغم طلباتي الكثيره 😅 يستاهل الشكر .

Gym is well equipped. Large swimming pool suited for use in summer. Swimming pool was very cold end of Nov. Different water depths available for kids and adults. 0.5m to 2m.
Use Careem or Bolt for taxi.
No wifi on smart TV. Cannot screen share from mobile.
Breakfast was above average. Same menu all the days. Only chicken nuggets, omelette and cold cuts. Could have improved with Beef bacon, Fajitas and more hot food. Noodles and Fried rice was average only not tasty.
Dinner buffet had a little more variety which could have been included for breakfast too.
Steam bath was functional and is located inside the gym.
