The bed was comfortable, the living space had plenty of room, close enough (12 min walk from subway). Close by mini marts and Auchen.
The shower doors don’t open very wide, if you are a bigger person, you will struggle to get in and out. Made it difficult to shower our children. The front door key got sticky a few times and made it hard to open the door.

Лучшее соотношение цена / качество, нам была нужна просторная квартира с отдельной спальней и кухней. В квартире есть всё необходимое: стиральная и посудомоечная машины, кухня полностью укомплектована техникой и посудой. Было достаточное количество таблеток для посудомоечной машины и капсул для стиральной машины. От метро пешком 10-15 минут, по пути пекарня и маленькие магазины. Не далеко большой супермаркет. Кровать и подушки были удобные. Тихий район.
При заезде в квартире не оказалось туалетной бумаги и жидкого средства для мытья посуды. Пришлось покупать. Требется генеральная уборка в квартире (были вынуждены сами помыть холодильник внутри и снаружи), для кого это принципиально важно - в паре уголов под потолком черная плесень. Будьте острожны при пользовании душевой кабиной, не очень удобно входить и выходить.

L'appartement est confortable, propre, bien équipé. On se sent comme à la maison!
L'isolation sonore est très mauvaise! On entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus, et ceux d'à côté.
