SCAM! BEWARE! This is a spare bedroom in someone's flat.

TOTAL SCAM. No mention in the listing that the room is in the host's apartment, where she lives. The advert actually says 'The entire place is yours'. This is untrue. The guests who I booked the room for walked in and walked out again five minutes later.

EVERYTHING! What a con! The host is refusing to refund the payment and has told me that the listing states: The property description also states that the room is located within a flat and that the host stays in the building'. This is clearly not true. Booking.com should ensure the listing is accurate.

Perfect!

EVERYTHING!! Was booked for my son and his girlfriend to see ‘the weekend’ at Wembley. Host was fantastic and really made them both feel comfortable! Definitely recommend staying here.

Unreliable host caused a stressful situation, and was unrepentant

Nothing

We contacted the host 3 days prior to our visit, requesting a 2pm check in as we had an event to be at. They responded quickly agreeing to our request. The accommodation is in a block of apartments, so you can’t buzz the apartment without having the unit number, and the host had not sent us any details on accessing, so we sent them a message when we arrived at 2.08pm. There was no response so we sent them 2 messages, and tried to call them 7 times over the next hour and half, all to no response. By 3.30pm we were panicking, as we had an event to be at for 4pm, and had nowhere to put our bags, therefore managed to source alternative accommodation at 3.40pm to drop off our bags and check in. We were very stressed by now as we hadn’t heard from the host and were worried about missing our event. At 3.45pm we were contacted by the host to give us access details, but it was too late by then. We politely explained our situation, and requested a refund, which was rejected twice. The host was unhelpful. Booking.com however were very helpful and arranged a refund after investigating.
