Beautiful property close to old Shkoder. Walkable. Great staff, very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Free underground parking. Great comfortable bed. Nicest place we stayed in Albania.

A very nice, modern hotel in a good location, just few minutes walk from the pedestrian street. Nice spacious and comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed, and clean. Overall a great hot l.
When we checked in we ordered breakfast boxes for all of us (7 people) and verified it would be ready for us in the morning as we needed to leave early. But when we came down to check out and really needed to leave to catch the koman ferry on time - the kitchen didn't know about it and just started preparing it then. It took time and we needed to wait. And instead of apologizing, they were not nice and asked us to be patient... We didn't like that. If not that - they would have received a much higher rating.
