It was a perfect apartment in every sense! Rather spacious, a lot of sunlight, very comfortable beds. And it had a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, tea bags, coffee and other appliances. Bathroom had a decent size as well. It did not feel like a basement apartment to me at all (some people wrote they didn't like this), rather like a normal apartment maybe a bit lower than a ground floor apartment but like I said it had a lot of light the day we stayed as it was sunny.
The location was quiet and the the host Irma was very nice and helpful. Overall, a great deal for your money in Karlovy Vary.

Výhodné umístění nedaleko centra lázní, bezplatné parkování. V horkých dnech jsme ocenili příznivou teplotu uvnitř apartmánu v přízemí vily (i bez klimatizace). Košík s ovocem na uvítání potěšil.
Vybavení kuchyně bylo opravdu základní. Uvítali bychom např. i jeden menší nůž, cedník, škrabku na brambory/zeleninu nebo kryt na talíř do mikrovlnné trouby.

Odzivnost lastnika, njegova gostoljubnost (bogata "dobrodošlica"), mir (dnevni, kot nočni!), zelo dobro opremljena kuhinja (veliko kuhinjske posode, ki je bila v dobrem stanju, na razpolago: čaji, različni okusi kave, mleko za kavo, sol, olje, kis, dišavnice, voda v hladilniku). Na razpolago so bila osnovna čistila. Možnost parkiranja pred apartmajem. Parkirni prostor nas je čakal ob prihodu (rezerviran s posodo za smeti). Bližina mesta, čeprav je potreben 20 minutni vzpon. Vse čestitke najemodajalcu!!!

Mogoče je manjkala kakšna odlagalna polička v kopalnici. Žal v neposredni bližini ni trgovine z živili.

The owners were very friendly, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The apartment was perfectly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We really appreciated the coffee machine with free coffee, as well as fresh fruit and water prepared for us. The area is quiet and peaceful. Although it is close to a housing estate, the street itself has mostly villas and feels very calm. There is also a small outdoor seating area in the greenery with a table and four chairs, and parking was available in front of the house. Lidl is about 800 metres away downhill.
The apartment is on the lower-ground floor, so it felt a little cooler, but it was absolutely manageable. The bathroom is smaller, but fine, and it is directly connected to the bedroom rather than being in a hallway. The location is a bit further from the centre, so going by car is probably the easiest option. Karlovy Vary is quite hilly, so walking back to the apartment can be a bit demanding, especially with shopping bags.
