Clean apartment and well appointed with all the consumables needed

Very cheap and basic furnishings compared to multiple apartments competing in the same price bracket. No chairs, but understandable, as the suite is quite tight. You will have to do with three little plastic one-step stools. Bench is hard and cheap. Beds are OK, but cheap synthetic duvets
Trip Hazard in the bedroom area. The bed is rested on a plateau that is at almost knee height, with a narrow path around to step up and down creating a real tripping hazard at night and getting onto the balcony.
Complete lack of exterior sound insulation from the sliding windows. There is a mosque right down below (05.00 wake-up call) and the very busy complex intersection of 14 lanes, and counting, with frequent police and ambulances, even during the night, and daily traffic jams. A simply too overcrowded noisy area, requiring an essential soundproofing that is sadly lacking.
Filthy pool. Inadequate cleaning considering the utilisation. Water is littered with small remnants of dissolved tissue, like pampers. Cannot be seen from above as the particles are near transparent, but with swimming goggles on, you will get out of the pool quickly.
