Great hotel, large rooms, very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Was perfect for us as attending the University. Bit far from city centre if this what you looking for

(As of March 2026) the hotel still felt relatively new. Room was big and comfortable. All amenities provided. They have bottled water everywhere so you never run out.
TV was huge, largest I ever came across - maybe 75"?
Staff were quite friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good, wide variety and with some changes in menu daily.
They offer simple complimentary supper at 9.30pm to 11pm - nice!!!
Complimentary use of washer and dryer at level 2 - very useful.
There's a noodle shop and convenience store across the road - but that's all.
Only problem: location is not great, about 700m to nearest Metro station. But anyway can get used to the walk. Luckily that station is on direct line to Long Yang station from which you can take a maglev train to airport.
It is also not near city centre, so going to the Bund even by car is like 40-50min.
Not much to see in the immediate vicinity.
My bad for not doing more research, not the hotel's fault.
