La chambre : toute petite, mauvaise odeur, pas de fenêtre, mal isolée
Le personnel : j'ai oublié un bijou de valeur dans ma chambre, et la seule réponse à laquelle j'ai eu le droit lorsque j'ai contacté l'établissement après coup fut "C'est à vous de vérifier votre chambre avant de partir."
Le prix a augmenté de 50% la deuxième nuit, alors que nous avons occupé la même chambre.
