Amazing location, fantastic value for money. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were on hand to answer queries. We will definitely be rebooking for our next visit to Birmingham.

Location to city centre, free parking
Collection of keys was a challenge ,especially if not knowing the city. No dishwasher, and non functioning sink plug meant washing up was a challenge . No spare linen for sofa bed .The sofa bed non functioning meant a uncomfortable sleep virtually on the floor with single futon matress wafer thin .The bedrooms could have benefited from a mirror. There are only 3 available lounge seats available ,meaning excess guests sit on table benches. Traffic noise for 24 hours ,no respite despite double glazing ,take ear plugs . The apartment is dated and furniture need an up grade .No cleaning equipment apart from a hoover with no cleaning head .
