Everything is very clean and new. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Nice extras include a coffee maker with capsules and frying oil. The sofa is decent for sleeping. Very convenient keyless check-in and check-out via code. The room is in a perfect spot, just a short walk from the tourist center.
The room is tiny, but as a solo traveler, I had more than enough space. It wasn't a downside for me personally, but it’s something for others to keep in mind.
Parking is a real struggle—the narrow Italian streets can be quite stressful since space is so limited. Locals park wherever they find a spot, even under 'no parking' signs, but I didn't want to risk it.

Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente, con molti confort. Situato a 4 passi dal centro con molti locali dove cenare. Persone nei pressi della camera molto gentili, anche se a prima vista non sembrava. Nei dintorni ci sono stranieri, ma secondo me fanno parte della comunità e non danno fastidio. Parcheggiare in strada si può fare tranquillamente. Tutto sommato do un 8.
Che per arrivare fuori la camera con auto bisognava fare il giro molto lungo, ma alla fine della strada si trova la piazza dove porta sempre il navigatore, si può parcheggiare lì e farsi 4 passi a senso unico e ci si arriva subito.

Come viaggiatore singolo mi sono trovato molto bene a due passi dal centro. La sera c'è movimento. E un mono locale accogliente con tutti i comfort e pulito.
I proprietari a disposizione su qualsiasi cosa. Lo posso consigliare tranquillamente anche ad una coppia.
Buon soggiorno a tutti.
La privacy tranquillità la comodità di essere a due passi dal centro storico che e sicuramente il cuore di Nicastro.
Io lo consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerò
