staff , clean , room size , staff response , fast check in , free wifi.
didn't like the bed mattress in room 305 its really bad you can feel the springs in your back
the truth the hotel ask me if i want to change the room but i was or ready unpacked my bags so i didn't change it.
Another thing the room mattress should be the same quality for all rooms in the hotel for example rooms 505, 405 have comfy mattress but room 305 realy realy bad
And another thing when you book a hotel there are basic things the hotel should provide in every room such as towels, cloth hangers, soup and you shouldn't have to call the front disk every time to provide it
