I stayed at the Venetian for 3 nights while doing some scuba diving in Provo. The place was perfect for me. Comfortable bed, large shower, complete kitchen and the AC worked well. Completely clean. It’s away from the beach, so you’ll want a car, or be prepared to call cabs. Because of this it’s a quiet location. You’re close to restaurants, and the IGA (the local supermarket). Provo is small, so nothing is more than a 15 minute drive away. Parking was ample, I never had difficulty finding a good spot for my car. Its very different from the big resort experience, and exactly what I was looking for. I would rent here again.I wanted to make a special mention of the host. After checking in, I discovered there was an issue with my door lock. I could lock it from the inside, but not the outside. I messaged the host through the app, and she came over right away, and called in a locksmith. They wound up replacing the lock set completely. The host stayed there the whole time, making sure the job was completed I was impressed by her attention to the matter, even though it probably ruined her dinner.
