Residence:
The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.
Accommodation: This spacious duplex apartment of 62 m2, completely renovated in the winter of 2025, enjoys a south-west exposure and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 2nd floor of the Les Silènes building, it places you in the heart of the Orres 1800, close to all shops (restaurants, convenience stores, souvenir shops and regional products) and only a few steps away from the ski slopes and hiking trails.The apartment opens onto an entrance with storage, overlooking a bright living room including a cosy living room with TV and sofa, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, raclette machine...). The balcony, furnished with a garden furniture, offers stunning views of the resort and the surrounding mountains.On the sleeping side you will find a sleeping area with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be combined in double bed (160 x 190 cm), a second sleeping area with two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) and a upstairs bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm).The apartment also has a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a second bathroom with shower upstairs, for optimal comfort.For your comfort, a private ski locker is at your disposal to store your equipment.Finally, enjoy the wellness area of the residence, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and a fitness area, accessible during the summer and winter seasons.
