The estate is south of Dunmore town on the bay yet a short walk to the world famous Pink Sand beach with a private beach access.
The estate is situated back from the water to accommodate a large yard with an oversized swimming pool, large covered pool cabana, as well as, a large pool bath with air conditioning.
The main upstairs level boasts a large vaulted post and beam ceiling great room, with an oversized kitchen and island bar. Just off the kitchen is a full wet bar with ice maker, refrigerator and wine chiller. The great room opens onto the front porch that faces west for incredible sun set views that no one has ever seen before, has a large dining table to accommodate the house guests and on the porch is a nice sitting area to relax with a cup of coffe in the morning or drinks in the evening. Off the great room is the master suite with French doors that open onto the large covered porch.
