The Location was convenient to my meetings in a nearby location. The staff were excellent and very courteous.
The rooms are spacious and were well cleaned.

I was in Abuja for a meeting at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel. So location was excellent to the extent that Summerset was within walking distance to Transcorp.
Staff are polite and very helpful, including the Reservation Manager and the Restaurant Manager.
Breakfast was OK, but can still be improved in terms of diversity of the offering.
I would certainly recommend Summerset to others for a stay.

The hotel rooms are excellent, the design is very stylish and well planned.
The service level of the staff is very poor, very poor customer service. I had to wait over 30 minutes for getting my breakfast served in the restaurant.
Despite the fact that there was only 2 other persons for breakfast. Unfortunate no breakfast buffet. The staff is very poorly trained.
