Un paradiso tra gli ulivi

L'agriturismo La Collinetta è un paradiso nel cuore delle colline in provincia di Pescara. Immersa nel verde, con un uliveto nella proprietà in cui passare le serate a godersi il fresco e il fruscio delle foglie. Il prezzo è veramente basso per il posto che è. Il proprietario è stato disponibile in tutto, su itinerari da seguire, locali o ristoranti da frequentare e in più di un'occasione abbiamo avuto modo di chiacchierare piacevolmente, anche per più un'ora. Dovessi tornare a Pescara sarà di sicuro la mia prima e unica scelta.

Il peggio del peggio!!!

Andare via da questo "agriturismo" che di agriturismo ha solo il parcheggio. E non rivedere mai più il suo proprietario.

Tutto. Dall' accoglienza sgarbata e arrogante, alla struttura semi fatiscente, passando per il riscaldamento inadatto e insufficiente sia di giorno che di notte, per non parlare del' impropria abitabilità del luogo ovvero un SILOS per il deposito di grano adibito a camera da letto senza riscaldamento e con infissi vetusti e che non si aprivano all' occorrenza tra cui la porta di ingresso che pone un problema di sicurezza nel caso di pericolo. Il gestore è risultato sin da subito sgradevole e arrogante, ha preteso lo spegnimento dell' insufficiente sistema di riscaldamento nelle poche ore di assenza dalla camera il che ha portato a soffrire il freddo durante tutta la permanenza. In oltre ci ha quasi stalkerizzato pretendendo una recensione positiva della struttura al punto che è stato necessario bloccarlo su whatsapp, non contento ha insistito tramite la messaggistica di booking affinché fosse fatta la recensione, lo abbiamo quindi accontentato. Non consiglierei questo posto neanche al mio peggior nemico. Visitatelo solo se siete fan di un certo ventennio accoppiato magari al mausoleo di Predappio.
