flat okay, but toilet door does not close and the bed is too small for two

comfy couch and comfy (small) bed, kitchen and fridge were good.

worst was, that communication beforehand was via a Bot, or call center or automatic. We had some questions and they were not answered because they were not understood. the way of communication was very very unnerving and not relaxing at all. It was stressing me out. there was no soap in the bathroom and no spare toilet paper roll. not good. It was not clear which of the flats was ours so we tried opening the flat next door and the people did not like that. the toilet door does not really close. not so cool.
