This was a home stay with the owner and there family residing in the property, which made me feel safe as a female. They were cooperative people and allowed us to use the washroom for a quick change when we went there to take our bags even after the checkout, this was a kind gesture. They have bottles and ro water both available for us.
There was no professionalism about checking and checkout times. We got the room late but we were asked to leave the room earlier even when we had a booking via booking.com and we had time remaining for the checkout. We raised our concerns and our concern were welcomed with a promise of improvement. This was a sign that they are ready to work on the shortcomings and become better as a homestay.
