Location is good for people travelling Mum,Guj to wards North and vice versa for a night stay. Or people coming for ujjain. Newly build so its clean and rooms are spacious. Owner is making good efforts to solve problem. In presence of nearby restaurants.
As its run by few staffs and family members you will not feel it as professional.
Costly in sense for facility provided.
Not much option for in-house kitchen,but zomato swiggy works and nearby restaurants are present in walking distance.
