Room was very good.it has gallery too.staff was very polite.all over good experience
Hotel was 3km away from mahakal mandir and rickshaw took more rent for this reason.it is what I don't like

A pleasant experience... As soon as we arrived at the Ujjain railway station, the auto-rickshaw driver told us that the hotel we had chosen was too far away and suggested we look for another one. He took us to four or five other hotels, but they were terrible. We then told the driver to just drop us off at Nikunj Palace; that was when we realized we had made a great decision by booking there. The room was a bit small but clean and nice, the staff was very polite, and hot water was available 24 hours a day. Also, thank you for arranging a cab to Omkareshwar at a reasonable rate.

The breakfast was included in the stay. Since the travel plans did not allow leveraging the breakfast, I was lucky to have it on the day of the checkout.
The air conditioning was excellent and the unit was well maintained.
Although a kettle was provided, the plug point was far away and a table had to be used near the bed to use the kettle.
In addition, the cleanliness in the bathroom can be improved.
