Very nice and clean location. The view from the balcony is amazing at sunset. The apartment is big and well organized, the kitchen has everything you need for a family with 2 kids. The host is very nice and provide us all needed information in order to help us to have a very nice stay in Kotor (parking places, beaches for kids, restaurants, places to visit, fastest ways to different locations).
There is nothing that I can place here. Maybe just the road - is narrow as all roads from Montenegro :)

La posizione molto comoda per arrivare a kotor quasi 10 minuti in macchina. Budva mezz’ora.

The apartment is spacious and the amenities are good. The host was prompt to answer our queries. Beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood.
The apartment is not airconditioned as it says. The living room has air condition and there is a fan in one of the bedrooms. The second bedroom didnt have a fan and when requested they said there is no spare fan and it is not so hot. That was disappointing, as it was suffocating for us without a fan there. Thankfully the living room had a good sofa bed so we used that. The room service is about disposing the trash and replacing towels. I would suggest to keep a broom if cleaning is not part of the service. The bathrooms need an exhaust fan, it was so stuffy. The location is not walking distance from town, so taking a taxi every time was expensive. Having a rental car is best option. No hotels were willing to deliver to this area after 8 pm, that was a challenge on one night. Other evenings we dined out. Even with all these, we did enjoy the stay. You can consider these as suggestions to improve. It was a neat and family friendly apartment.
