Accueil exceptionnel de Riccardo et guillermo. Ils sont très attentionnés. La maison est très agréable, soignée, spacieuse et bien équipée. Chaque chambre a son espace dédiée et sa salle de bain. La piscine est très agréable. La situation géographique de la maison permet avec une voiture nécessaire d’accéder à tous les plus beaux sites du Salento. Nous reviendrons.

Das Haus ist neu - ca. 5 Monate alt, sehr stylisch und modern! Super Ausstattung. Es hat alles, was man braucht (Nespresso, Mikrowelle, etc)
Sehr schöner grosser Pool (ca. 15x3m)
Sonia war super! Mit ihr konnte man jederzeit kommunizieren und sie war immer hilfsbereit.
Das Haus ist schon etwas abgelebt, obwohl es erst ein paar Monate alt ist. Der Garten ist gross, leider nicht wirklich gepflegt. Sehr schade. Man könnte viel mehr draus machen. Im Garten wachsen Khaki, Wallnüsse, Granatäpfel, Orangen… man müsste diese regelmässig ernten und nicht einfach liegen lassen.
Das Haus ist umgeben von zwei nervigen Nachbars-Hunden, die teilweise nachts u früh morgens laut bellen.
Das Haus liegt neben einer sehr lauten Strasse. Die Autos fahren extrem schnell am Haus vorbei. Die Ausfahrt ist sehr gefährlich! Das Einfahrtstor konnte man nicht richtig schliessen, aber die Umgebung ist nicht gefährlich, deswegen war es nicht schlimm.

Great pool, good design, attention to details. Our host Sonia was nice and welcoming. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped - very good for dinners with large groups.
Just small suggestions - the beds are a bit too hard, they could use comforters on top of the mattresses. Also the gate outside might need fixing- it opens with sensors but was quite difficult to open/close because one of the sensors kept malfunctioning. The yard next to the pool could have a bit more vegetation.

We had an amazing stay. The swimming pool and the house itself are perfect. All the things you need in the kitchen are there. The bathrooms are great and although the garden wasn’t finished it was a nice place to stay (we were one of the first people there).
The house is located next to a road. Although it is not a super busy road, most people drive by with over 80 km/h. This makes quite a lot of noise and makes it very dangerous to get out of the driveway as the sight was blocked by bushes.
Further the hot water system (probably solar based) didn’t always provide sufficient hot water especially in the morning. Which was a bit annoying.
Location is fine but you need to have a car for everything. Most attractions (like beaches or nice cities) are approx 30 min away.
Lastly, there is a high end climate control system but this cannot be controlled by yourself.
