The apartment meets all expectations.
You can get everywhere very quickly using public transport.
It was clean.
However, there was a problem with the cold water supply in the shower right from the first day. I reported this to the helpdesk. They promised to take immediate action, but because it was the weekend, that didn't happen right away.
They offered me the option to move to another apartment, but I liked this one, so I chose to stay.
When I checked out, I was offered a refund due to the problems. I found that very professional. (I still have to wait for the refund, but I think it will be sorted out because I left only 2 days ago.)
So, all in all, a great apartment to stay in for a few days.

Great clean apartment with everything we needed for the weekend. Perfect location near the station and the palace of culture for us too, with useful tram and train stops. Self check in and out was very smooth.
Nice that there were some tea and biscuits for our arrival too. The beds were very comfy we had a lovely stay.
Only slight issue with the location is lots of development in the street so there was some construction noise heard with the windows open, but once completed I'm sure it will make the location even better.
We also got confused by the bin and waste instructions as they were shown to be outside near the parking, which lead us to think they were around the back but these were actually for the museum and the security wasn't very happy when we tried to use them. But a friendly resident showed us the bins were actually kept inside in a refuse room on the ground floor near the main entrance.

The apartment was clean and in a good location. It was spacious, featuring two separate rooms and a kitchen, as well as a balcony. We were in constant contact with the hosts, and they responded quickly when we were checking in. However, the €120 deposit was not returned after checkout; it was only refunded after a lengthy exchange of messages.
The kitchen lacks proper ventilation and has no window. It is noisy due to nearby construction work. The microwave stopped heating on the last day of the stay. I hope the security deposit gets returned...
Ten days have already passed, yet the deposit still hasn't been returned. After a lengthy exchange of messages, the money was finally returned on the 20th day.
