Great location, close to beach (and the hotel supplied beach towels and a beach basket) also close to two major food markets, and lots of restaurants.

The room was smaller than we anticipated, but worked for us. The issue is there was no usable fire escape. There was an escape window but there were iron bars eliminating any escape, and there was no way to climb up to the window access, also no egress plan posted in the room.

Great location, beautiful design and breakfast area. Staff very nice!

We got excited as were told we had an upgrade then were led to a basement room with no windows sleeping on pulled out sofa bed! Bit of a let down to be honest and not nice being in a windowless room. I didn't realize I'd booked a basement room so fair enough if that's what I'd booked but hate to think what our original room was like if this was the upgrade! I didn't expect it to be windowless as basement rooms in the UK will still have a window at the back. We had laugh about the sofa bed! Not sure you should be putting a pull out bed on a hotel website.

The entire staff was super friendly!!! The hotel was a dream come true! Walking distance to the beach, towels and bag to bring to the beach as well. The breakfast in the morning OMG! Looking forward to stay again!
