Room was clean
Curb appeal was much to be desired. Tub faucet was loose and the wall on the inside of the door has spackle on it with no paint. The door was ajar when we got to the room and the outside door paint was in poor condition.

Location
Door knob was loose and could see sunlight through it, looked as if someone tried to break into the door in the past and the room had been smoked in previously with lingering smell.
