The staff were very kind and supportive of our trip when we needed to check out late after 12:00 AM because we wanted to take a bath after finishing the Erawan waterfall trip before returning to Bangkok.

- ไม่เข้าใจถึงการประสานงานในการ check in จองห้อง 2 bedrooms house มา แต่ จนท. นำไปพักห้อง standard rooms 2 ห้อง จนเราต้องไปทักท้วง ว่าจองห้อง 2 bedrooms house ไว้ ถึงได้เปลี่ยนห้อง จนท. ที่รับลูกค้าแจ้งว่า จนท. แจ้งแค่ว่ามา 4 คน ไม่ได้บอกไว้ว่าจองห้องอะไร...ไม่รู้ทำงานกันยังไง ต้องให้ลูกค้าไปเรียกร้องเอง ว่าจัดห้องผิดประเภทมาให้
- wifi มีสัญญาณ แต่ใช้ไม่ได้เลย ขึ้นว่า no internet connection ตลอดการเข้าพัก
- ไม่มี จนท. คอย standby เลยไม่มีคนแก้ปัญหาเรื่อง wifi ให้
- ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามาก เช็ดตัวแล้วเป็นขุยติดผิวหนัง
- ประตูห้องนอน เก่า และหลุดร่อน จนจะพังแล้ว เปิด ปิดทีเสียงดังมาก ไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมไม่แก้ไข
- เตียงนอนนิ่มมากกกกก พ่อแม่ นอนแล้วปวดหลัง
- ครั้งเดียวพอ ไม่เอาอีกแล้ว รร. นี้
