Very clean, modern and new. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a TV. One bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet.
One bedroom has no window to the exterior. It was quite hot inside, and the air conditioners were a bit tricky to use. We never saw staff at the front desk, and they were rather unavailable during the stay.

Ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt und nahe zum Strand
Allerdings auch nicht preiswert mit 774 € für 3 Übernachtungen
Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Die Unterkunft hat nur eine kurzzeitig besetzte Reception von 16 Uhr an. Früher Anreisende können ihre Gepäck in der Lobby abstellen, theoretisch., denn man kommt in die Lobby nicht ohne Code. Man muss warten bis ein Gast herauskommt.
