Great location right in the heart of the old town, with plenty of space across two floors, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The apartment was clean, had working air conditioning in every bedroom, good blackout options, reliable shower temperature, two balconies (one with a distant harbor view), and plenty of seating. The apartment was very simply furnished, but had some nice decorative details on the walls. The kitchen was reasonably equipped, and communication with the host was excellent—friendly, fast and helpful.
On the downside, the bathrooms lacked storage and hanging space. Both balconies were covered in seagull droppings, with one being unusable; a water hose is available for cleaning. Although the location was excellent, especially for the nearby clubs and bars, the good beaches are at least a 20-minute walk away. One bedroom door handle was already damaged upon arrival.

Als Familie hatten wir viel Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt Aber so, dass man vom Rummel nichts mitbekommt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. An einem Tag war es etwas regnerisch und es ließ sich wunderbar hier aushalten. Ferner war der Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich!
Es gibt keine Spülmaschine aber das war nicht tragisch da Kinder auch gerne abwaschen dürfen ;-)
