The worst experience of my life

Literally nothing good about this place Ive have been to India and bangladish and had a better experience

We were given a completely different apartment from the one we booked. The place was filthy, infested with ants, and had a terrible smell inside. The condition of the apartment was also unacceptable. As the photos show, there was significant damage and deterioration around the window and walls, including what appears to be heavy dirt, staining, and possible mold. The window itself opened directly onto an exterior staircase, with no proper security or protection. Anyone using the stairs could easily reach the window and potentially enter the apartment. We called the property to ask if we could change apartments, and they told us it would be possible the next day. We waited for their call, but nobody contacted us, so we were forced to stay in the same apartment.y The security situation was extremely concerning. People were sitting directly outside the apartment, smoking what appeared to be weed and playing loud music throughout the day and night. With the window opening directly onto the stairs, we never felt safe or comfortable. I’ve stayed in around 100 hotels and apartments around the world, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. The photos speak for themselves. The condition, cleanliness, security, noise, and lack of response from the property were completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking this place. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

They refused to refund my stay after having me check in an studio infested with roaches and I was not able to sleep there at all cause that is not what I expected when I made the reservation.
