Walkable to the mall and felt safe. Staff friendly and breakfast was nice.
Bed felt old and had a big dip in the middle. Shower wasn’t very warm and quite loud until around 11pm.

The place was very clean and the taxi driver they had organised to collect us (Eric) was fantastic, collecting us late at night and helping us secure two seats on the last bus to leave Lusaka the following morning. A hot water shower was available.
Although the booking and our late arrival at 2am had been confirmed, the staff on site had not been informed. This meant a long wait to enter the property and to get our room , not ideal in the small hours. The fixtures are really dated, cupboards falling apart, bathroom had broken tiles and leaking toilet. There was a single power point in the room and a TV whose cord did not even reach it.
