The rooms were recently refurbished and even with their " new " smell. The room was very well cleaned when we arrived. There are enough number of households and kitchen amenities. The beds were very comfy. The windows had mosquito nets which mostly neglected in Greece. The AC was also new and working fine.
The apartment is only 5 mins of walk to the Siviri center and at a nice spot that is close to Bakeries and Markets.
Also I would like to thank to the family for their warm hospitality. A true family apartment.
Even though the hotel is located out of crowds, it is situated close to main road that takes you to Siviri Center. If you prefer to open the teras door or window you may be disturbed by the road noise which may be quite annoying. On the other hand our room ( Room # 7 ) had one room with windows opening to the main hall which disturbed us from the other guests' inevitable talking or similar. Of course this can be avoided by the AC operation. Also it may be good to add more pans and etc. for the kitchen.

Rooms are newly renovated and well decorated, they have all the necessities.
Convenient parking right next to the accommodation.
The location is great, close enough to the road but also in walkable distance to the beach.
