-very well placed, near the train station and 10 minute walk to old town, food and grocery stores very close.
-facilities were good but we didnt really use them since some of them very pretty dirty.
-some reviews stated there is an unpleasent smell from the restaurant downstairs, we didn't experience that
- while the room was very hot, the fan kind of helped and it was good enough, would not reccomend during hot summer months however.
- if you take it for what it is, you will be satisfied.
- our only real complaint is that the room was quite dirty, the bedsheets were dirty (i'm not sure if they were changed because they were stained and had a lot of hair on them from previous guests but i hope that is not the case), appliences and tablewear also looked dirty so we didnt use them. The bathroom was okay.
- as i said the room was very hot and only had a fan, you could keep the window and door open to let fresh air in but since it's a shared balcony people would walk around and it is quite uncomfortable to keep them open. We would usually keep them open for about 15-30 minutes and then use the fan.
- very loud, i didnt get a full nights sleep while we were here. This is not the fault of the host however, people just dont have manners and slam doors constantly and yell in the halls during the night. If you are a light sleeper i wouldn't reccomend staying here.

La ubicación al lado justo de la estación de tren y autobuses. Muy cómodo. A solo 15 min del centro. Estaba limpio y era tal y como se muestra en las fotos.
La cama es un sofá cama. Creo que por el precio y lo que es el estudio deberían poner una cama en condiciones. No un sofá que se abre. La tele no tiene la wifi puesta y no se puede utilizar. Eso deberían mejorarlo

Ascenseur, proximité de la gare et de la galerie marchande. Salle de bain fonctionnelle.
Local poubelle sale, manque d hygiène et malodorant. Équipement de l appartement vétuste, tancarville cassé, chaises cassées, présence d une machine à laver en panne et hors service et qui n est prévue dans la location. Vaisselle juste pour deux personnes. On aurait aimé être accueilli par une personne pour faire l état des lieux.
