The check-in instruction was provided, pretty clear and you'll be guided personally as well by the property manager who lives beside the apartment. All good with the place, location that is very near (walking distance) to Griffith University is mainly the reason of me choosing this accommodation.

Perfect for our intended holiday location near Nissan Arena. Clean, safe, spacious, great facilities. Close to public transport.
Our shared space room mate was loud during the night. She was using the kitchen facilities at 1am and making lots of noise.

Nice place, clean, utilities were there for use.

Bed was comfortable and the shower had pressure. The carpark was also handy.
Light shining through the blinds would be better to have thick curtains or blackout blinds. The person upstairs was moving around quite a lot early in the morning 4-5am and woke us up every morning. Whoever it was would wheel around on the office chair for hours.
