Fantastic location right on Kite Beach, beautiful oceanfront property, great pool, and a spacious, spotless, very well-equipped condo. Naturally protected from the wind. Quiet and peaceful while still close to Cabarete's restaurants and activities. The huge terrace was also a big highlight for our family
Honestly, nothing, we loved everything about our stay! If I had to mention one thing, it's that Kite Beach loses much of its beach during the summer. But even then, one side of the property still has very good beach access!

Right next to the beach and the pool is fantastic. The unit is in great shape and immaculately clean. Our host was always available if we had questions about the area, the unit or activities and all.
Kite Beach gets crowded but not overly so.

We absolutely loved our time here. The location is ideal, close to everything you need. The terrace is huge, with a beautiful ocean view. Perfect for morning coffee, work, work-out or watching the sunset. Stephane is an amazing host, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made our stay feel like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!
