It was light and warm 😊 and with fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable and with nice and modern bathrooms. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, metro and various restaurant basically just outside the door.

Location, in front of the metro & it was perfect size for 3 adults. Tin, office staff was communicative.

Even though Tin was great at helping us out, the rest of the staff was incompetent. Cleaning staff didn’t return keys, had to wait 1.5hrs later for the spare keys to be dropped off when I chose 4pm check in. The delivery guy went to the wrong apartment too. Incompetent staff. I asked if there was laundry detergent, was told it wasn’t supplied, there was a bin full of detergent & fabric softener. Cleaning staff didn’t fill up the shampoo bottle. They gave us 3 tiny carry on bottles, 2 were of shampoo, 1 was of body wash. Only 1 bottle of shampoo was filled while the second one was half filled. Had to buy more shampoo & bought laundry detergent since I was given wrong information. It was an extremely rough check in & hated every minute of it.
