Welcome to our 2017 Forest River Stealth Evo 2850 trailer! We are a military family based in Tucson, AZ, and have cherished every memory we've made in this wonderful trailer over the past three years. Our trailer is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. It can accommodate up to 9 people, making it perfect for family adventures or group getaways. The trailer features two entrances, a convenient slide-out, a full bathroom+kitchen and a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed for added privacy. Awning provides wonderful shade and has LED lights for great lighting in the evening. It is our priority to make sure you have a best-in-class experience and we look forward to helping making you make your next adventure one you will always remember. Please let us know of any way we can help to make it the best! ***Please read ALL details below before submitting a booking request*** Important to note: * Absolutely no smoking is permitted of any kind, including vaping, inside this unit. If any smoke smell is detected at the conclusion of the rental, a fee of $500 will be collected out of the rental deposit to pay for cleaning and ozone treatment. * This unit is not approved for special festival events such as Country Thunder or travel to Glamis/The Dunes. * We do not allow use at Burning Man or other venues where the destination requires more than 1 mile of travel down unpaved or gravel roads. * While we hope this never happens, if wind gusts are projected to be over 30mph on travel days, we will unfortunately need to cancel the reservation. This is for the safety of our guests. Provided for a comfortable stay: * 2 propane tanks (can be filled by us prior to your trip as an add-on) * Full hitch set-up (if you're picking up - your vehicle just needs the receiver to be able to fit our 2-1/2" hitch) If you’ll be using your own hitch, you’ll need to have a 2-5/16 size ball. * All items needed to connect trailer to full hook up sites * Keurig Coffee Maker (K-Cups & Drinking Water Not Included) * Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils, Silverware, Plates, Bowls, Plastic Cups & Coffee Cups * Hot Pads * Sponge, Dish Soap, Cleaning Spray & Hand Soap * Large Outdoor Collapsable Garbage * Standard Size & Small Garbage Bags * 1 Deck of Cards Not provided, but available for an extra rental cost (Under Add-Ons): * Sheets on Queen Bed & Bunk Beds * 4 Pillows + Pillow Cases * King Size Blanket * Queen Size Blanket * Towels, Hand Towels, Cleaning Rags * Single Camping Chair * Camping Chairs (6) * Small Propane Grill w/ Full Propane Canisters (2), Grill Brush & Grill Spatula * 4-Foot Table * 6-Foot Table * Marshmallow Roasting Sticks (6) *** Please note: All Add-Ons are Rentals (outside of the 2 small propane canisters) *** Leave it how you found it: * All included items used during your trip must be returned in the same condition as you found them. Please wash all dishes used, dry them off and put them away before the conclusion of your trip. * All rented items must be returned in the exact same condition they were rented (outside of linens needing to be cleaned by owners). Garbage: Please kindly remove all garbage before the conclusion of your trip. Delivery fees: Delivery fees cover the delivery drivers time and fuel to deliver and recover the trailer at the predetermined location disclosed in our agreement. Septic: Please make a note to empty the black tank prior to emptying the gray tanks. If the trailer is returned without emptying the septic tank and/or if the septic hose is not throughly rinsed out after emptying, there will be a fee of $100 charged out of the security deposit. Main Propane Tanks: Please make sure to fill the 2 main propane tanks prior to returning the trailer, unless you purchase the Propane Refill Prepayment Add-On. If the trailer is returned without filling up the 2 main propane tanks, there will be a fee of $25 charged out of the security deposit. **NOTE: If your booking Includes Delivery, Please be sure TO ADD-ON pre-paid Sewage Dumping and Propane Refill IN THE ADD-ON Section** Please message us if you have any questions at all.
