The Room is big & clean. The service is very good. The Staff at Service counter is very helpful & understanding. The location near to The Mines Shopping Mall & Night Market. I will probably stay here next time we came here.

I like that it’s next to MIECC and the mall. The room was clean and surprisingly comfortable. It exceeded my expectations for the value of money. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Redline Games.
Slow checking in process because the receptionist was dealing with another customer on the phone and at the same time trying to check me in. It took him more than 30 minutes to check me in. I know he was occupied that he might have forgotten to scan my key card that I had to go up and down the floors because my key card was not working. I highly suggest having another person at the reception desk. The receptionist is very accommodating but because of short staffed, it’s understandable.

Conveniently located hotel next to Mines Shopping Mall with a sheltered walkway. Room is large and bed is comfortable.
Road noise is rather high so light sleepers will need to request for quiet room if possible. Wish there is better breakfast option.

The room is bigger than expected. Love that their tv can access all kind of apps. Got direct access to The Mines & MIECC. Love the 24/7 7E at the lobby & even got massage chairs.
The aircond was not cool at all. Have inform the staff 3x but no response. The water heater cannot be turn to cold and the water was super hot like want-to-masak-maggi-hot. Parking a bit far.
