Hele mooie kamers, super vriendelijk personeel heel lekker ontbijt.
We kregen eerst de verkeerde kamer toegewezen waardoor we in iemand anders hun kamer terecht kwamen

Breakfast was varied and great quality. tables always cleaned and staff very pleasant. the staff spoke great english and were always available to help. I loved how new the entire hotel was.Always happy to drive you down to the beach club if you tell them in advance as well.
No big negatives really just bees at breakfast but thats a whole region problem i think.

It was spotlessly clean, 10/10 to the housekeeping team. The rooms are lovely and the bed was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the view is outstanding. The tortoises were cute.
I knew that it was up a hill but didn’t realise I’d not really be able to walk down to the sea front as the road is very long and winedy and wouldn’t be safe at night. Whilst the hotel is beautiful little to no attempt to improve the outside area has been made so it’s sits in scruffy farm land with a huge excavated area in front of it. Inadequate amount of parking so I had to park in a steep field. Staff are willing but lack training (apart from one lady on reception who was good) For instance I ate in the restaurant and the girl bought out my appetiser and main course together which I didn’t mind but then asked me immediately if I’d like the bill!! (They do not charge to the room) I’d not so much as taken a bite! Considering the breakfast was so good the evening food was poor. I ordered chicken fillet with oven baked potatoes, which was actually undercooked oven chips and some thin pieces of chicken, it all looked like it had come it of the freezer. The bar drinks list was limited for a 4 star hotel. It’s an “Instagram” hotel, more style over substance.
