⚠️Das schlimmste Apartman Erlebnis in meinem Leben. ⚠️

GAR NICHTS - das Apartman soll illegal sein und geschlossen werden.

Schlimmer geht es nicht, ich musste in Graz mit meiner Familie übernachten doch diese eine Nacht würde zum Trauma. Als wir reinkamen hat es so viel gestunken wir dachten jemand ist hier gestorben das haben wir noch nie erlebt, alles wirklich alles hat gestunken und zwar unglaublich viel und das den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht. Das Apartment wenn ich es so nennen kann hat auch nur einen Fenster also es ist wie im Bunker und der ist in der Schlafzimmer also nicht mal im Wohnzimmer. Ich kann nicht glauben das dieses Apartment legal ist. Alles und ich meine alles war schmutzig und ölig. Wir müssen auf Essstühlen schlafen weil das Brett und das Sofa ekelhaft waren. Das Tisch und die Stühle waren aber natürlich auch ölig und voll mir schmutz sowie alle Türen und Türklinken und Boden war komplett klebrig. Im wc gibt es kein Wasserhahn was ich auch nicht glauben kann das so was legal sein kann weil es unmenschlich ist. Das Wohnzimmer ist auf der Straße man hat nur eine Eingangstür wo mann alles von draußen hört und man von anderen Menschen den Schatten sieht wenn die da vorbeigehen was auch traumatisch ist… die Glastür könnten wir auch von innen nach 20-30 min erst öffnen und das von der Eingang bis dahin würden wir eingesperrt. Selbst das Bad Vorhang roch unglaublich schlimm…. Wir haben auch natürlich kein Cent zurück bekommen obwohl die uns 25% versprochen haben, alle und alles was mit dem Apartment zu tun hat ist unglaublich schlimm, die Frau oder der Herr meinte auch die wissen wie es dort und und die haben das Reingungskraft schon gesagt es sollte bisschen besser gereinigt werden wieso wird das nicht kontrolliert? Die wissen alles und nehmen 140€ PRO NACHT, ich würde da nicht schlafen selbst wenn die mich bezahlt hätten. Dieser Apartman ist schädlich für Menschliche Gesundheit unsere Nase was komplett verstopft und alles hat gejuckt.

Gute Lage, erreichbar mit ÖPNV, Supermarkt in Laufnähe

Keine Zimmertür zwischen Wohnraum und Küche. Ungünstig, wenn der Wohnraum als zweiter Schlafraum genutzt wird. Toilette nur über Wohnraum zugänglich, ebenfalls ungünstig, wenn Wohnraum als zweiter Schlafraum genutzt wird. Es gab jeden Tag ab 7 Uhr Bauarbeiten im Nebenhaus, was Lärm verursachte, worauf wir nicht vorbereitet waren.

Keine Zimmertür zwischen Wohnraum und Küche. Ungünstig, wenn der Wohnraum als zweiter Schlafraum genutzt wird. Toilette nur über Wohnraum zugänglich, ebenfalls ungünstig, wenn Wohnraum als zweiter Schlafraum genutzt wird. Es gab jeden Tag ab 7 Uhr Bauarbeiten im Nebenhaus, was Lärm verursachte, worauf wir nicht vorbereitet waren.
