Andrea who manages the property made everyone feel comfortable and made the check-in process clear and easy. The property is well kept and clean overall. The other travellers at the property are respectful and coming from all over the world. I had an issue with sleeping on the top level bed due to back pain and i did not inform the property that i prefered the lower bed and Andrea worked things out for me and facilitated getting me a lower bed.
For me it was the distance to manhattan. The commute took long and i had to fetch a lyft to the property at times. However there is an easier way to get to manhattan if you take bus first then the path train to lower manhattan. I had purchased bus tickets and it took longer than usual. Yes, there are other properties closer to manhattan but this property is a good choice if you spend all day exploring and just need a space to sleep. The extra cash you save can be used for more experiences.
