CHECK OUT STRICTLY AT 10:00 A.M !!! Not 10:00 and 45 seconds ! We are in Germany, not Italy !

Room was ok and position too.

Difficult to find free parking even for a motorbike. Had to leave it about 400 meters away from there, bringing all the heavy luggage to and from the room. Check out was at (exactly) at 10:00. At (exactly) 10:00 the cleaning lady/manager sent me a whatsapp message to complain that my luggage was still in the room. Arrived at the room at 10:00 and 45 seconds to remove them, she wasn't happy because I was late by 45 second after check out time ! Such a laugh !

Good for people with low standard.

The decoration is good, there is a parking outside the building.

The bed is too hard to sleep, the pillow is quite poor, and only one of three shower rooms is working in good, one without water, another is only provided extremely cold or hot water. 5-6 rooms sharing with one male bathroom one female bathroom, it is not enough for 12-14 peoples as we are three people in one room.

Die Lage ist super, man ist sehr nah am Zentrum. Vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz, so dass man das Gepäck nicht weit tragen muss. Ein Lift in die erste Etage erleichtert das ebenso. Das Zimmer war geräumig und modern eingerichtet mit einem kleinen Schreibtisch für die Arbeit am Laptop.
