Bulunduğu konum merkeze yürüyerek 15 dakika. Şöyle bir avantajı var , park yeri derdi yok, plakanın sökülmesi derdi yok. Bu yüzden seçdik , sessiz sakin bir bölgede ve problem yaşamadık.
Ev çok küçük, 3 kişi için koltuk çok büyük değil.Tuvalet kapısı salona, balkon salona, yatak odası salona ve ana giriş salona açılıyor, mahremiyet yok. Salon ve mutfak küçük.Salondaki koltuk çok temiz gelmedi .

The apartment left us with an excellent overall impression. It is not right in the city centre, but the Lighthouse is only about a 15–20 minute walk away, and a major advantage is that parking in the area is very easy.
The apartment is ideal for two people and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sofa bed, in my opinion, is not really suitable for an adult, although it would probably be fine for a child.
Of course, there are a few small things that could be improved, but considering accommodation prices in Alexandroupolis, the value for money is excellent.
The host is very responsive, and communication via WhatsApp was easy and trouble-free throughout our stay.
We would gladly stay here again.
The only thing I would improve is the sliding door to the bathroom and toilet, which does not close completely and therefore offers limited privacy. It seems like a relatively small issue that could probably be fixed quite easily.

Ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα σε περιοχή κέντρο-απόκεντρο! Μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά σε αναπτυσσόμενη περιοχή με φαρδιά πεζοδρόμιο, ασφάλεια, ησυχία και Άνετο πάρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά από το κατάλυμα!
Έχει αρκετή δροσιά η περιοχή γιατί είναι ευρύχωρα χτισμένες οι οικοδομές και περνα ρεύμα αέρα. Δεν είχε καθόλου κουνούπια και απολαύσαμε καφέ και ποτά στο μπαλκόνι με την άνεση μας!
Στα 2,5 χιλιόμετρα είναι το beach bar achinos με δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες και ανετο πάρκινγκ!
Οι οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετική! Μας άλλαξε 2 φορές τα σεντόνια και παράλληλα μας είχε καφέδες σε κάψουλα και στιγμιαίο nescafe, νερά, μπισκότα, μαρμελάδες και βούτυρο!
Όταν ζητήσαμε ένα κατσαρολακι για το φαγητό του μωρού, πήγε επί τοπου και αγόρασε ένα ολοκαίνουριο και μας το έφερε με το καρτελάκι!
Το κατάλυμα είχε πλήρη είδη καθαρισμού καθώς και υγρό πλυντηρίου ρούχων και μαλακτικό για να πλύνεις ρούχα άνετα!
Σπανίζουν τέτοιο οικοδεσπότες!
Συγχαρητήρια συνεχίστε τη καλή δουλειά!

Appartamento ben attrezzato e bello . Molto tranquillo e si trova in un punto molto strategico per arrivare in città, tornerò in futuro!!
