Ein absolutes Traumhäuschen mit romantischem Touch und liebevoll eingerichtet: geräumig, bequem, man hat zur Auswahl Terrasse, Balkon oder Gartenlaube, die Lage ist ruhig und lämdlich (mit freundlichenn Kühen, Hühnern und Hunden in der Nachbarschaft) und man kann von dort direkt am Fluß entlang ca. 40 Minuten zur Ananuri-Festung wandern und ist auch direkt an der Heerstrasse zur Erkundung der Sehenswürdigkeitern dort mit dem Auto.
Sehr nette und liebe Gastgeber, tolle Ausstattung, mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, sehr sauber und geräumig.
Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten, wir wären gerne länger geblieben...
Der Weg zum Cottage ist nicht so einfach zu finden, obwohl die Gastgeberin nach dem Abzweig von der Heerstrasse nach Tsikhisdziri Hinweisschilder am Strassenrand plaziert hat - Tipp: aus Richtung Stepantsminda kommend biegen Sie nachdem Sie die Bushaltestelle mit den Sowjet-Mosaiken auf der linken Seite passiert haben, die folgende zweite (!) Strasse links ab, fahren geradeaus bis runter zum Fluß, dann nach links und nach ca. 100 Metern wieder links - das Cottage liegt dann nach weiteren 100 Metern auf der rechten Seite. Ganz einfach, wenn mans weiß ;-)

The owners had gone to enormous efforts to make the property pretty and welcoming. There are lots of pretty decorations
We were there in October so weather was mild
The top bed was very comfortable and the property was clean and there was a fridge and lots of towels and toiletries
The shower hot water is a problem and requires attention. Initially it didn’t work but the owner attended at short notice and did their best to sort it noting that the showers hot water doesn’t work if the bidet tap is turned on (even if the bidet is not being used) However after this fix, the boiler continued to keep cutting out when using the shower alone. So it would be cold then hot then cold again. Important during winter.
There is one heater in the ground floor that works well but there are no instructions on how to use and the owner had to attend to get it working.
The location is not picturesque as there is no view .
The road to the property is tricky with pot holes but we were fine in a kia sportage. The instructions on how to find it were ok.
It would be nice to be given a path to walk to the fortress as we could not find one
The 2nd ground floor pull out sofa is not comfortable due to a ridge in the middle so an issue if 4 people staying
