Very low-touch on the host side, but they were very fast answering questions and solving problems, so kudos for that!
we very much enjoyed the place and although it seemed small at the time, it was pretty spacious in comparison with other places we stayed at in several other cities. the place was also quite beautiful, nicely decorated and all appliances working nicely.
I wouldn't say I did not like it, but people do indeed better to know that there is no lift in this place, so be advised. At first we were handed the wrong data for the wifi, but the host was very fast correcting that once we pointed it out. Also be advised that the washer/drier may underdeliver a bit on drying the clothes in comparison with what the model online manual indicates.

I liked location and communication with host
Need to improved mechanism to help us with luggage, have a system to change towels, the futton for our bedroom was no thick so we can feel the wood, deep clean in bathroom and stairs to go up

We liked that the property was located close to the different markets. The area felt very safe and within close proximity to the different restaurants and shops that we wanted to visit. Our rooms were very comfortable, cool and equipped with the necessary amenities to keep us happy. The staff was very friendly and very responsive to our request!

El apartamento de 4 personas es, como mucho, adecuado. Lo mejor ha sido el precio.
Una de las camas está directamente en el suelo. El aseo es tan pequeño que para usarlo tiene que ser con la puerta abierta. La limpieza justa, el suelo tenia bastante suciedad. Faltaba la ropa de una cama y toallas pero el anfitrión trajo lo que faltaba cuando lo pedimos.
