ランドリー設備の利用について
ランドリー設備が完備されていること自体は非常に便利で、居住者にとって大きなメリットです。ただし、現在の利用システムには改善が必要な点が多くあります。
特に問題なのは、案内や操作がすべてポルトガル語のみであることです。ポルトガル語を話せない・読めない居住者にとっては、利用方法を理解することが非常に困難です。
また、専用アプリを使用して洗濯機・乾燥機を操作する仕組みですが、ランドリー室内にはWi-Fiがありません。 そのため、以下のように非常に煩雑な手順が必要になります。
1. 自分の部屋に戻り、Wi-Fi環境下でアプリを操作する
2. ランドリー室まで移動する
3. 現地で洗濯機を起動する
4. 洗濯物を洗濯機に入れる
5. 洗濯終了後、再び部屋に戻る
6. 部屋でアプリから乾燥機を操作する
7. 再びランドリー室まで移動する
8. 洗濯物を乾燥機に移す
9. 乾燥終了後、再度ランドリー室まで行き、洗濯物を回収する
つまり、洗濯・乾燥をするだけにもかかわらず、何度も部屋とランドリー室を往復しなければならない状況です。
特に、ポルトガル語を話せない居住者や、アプリのダウンロード・操作に慣れていない方にとっては、かなり利用しづらい設備になっています。
改善を希望する点
* 英語・日本語などを含む多言語での案内表示
* ランドリー室内へのWi-Fi設置
* アプリを使用しなくても操作できる簡単な代替システム
* 初めて利用する人でも分かる利用方法・操作手順の明確な表示
設備そのものは非常に良いだけに、「誰でも簡単に利用できる環境」に改善されれば、より価値の高い共用設備になると思います。

Great location, around a 10–15 minute walk from Paulista Avenue. There’s a doorman 24/7, which was really convenient (if you speak Portuguese). The room was clean and had pretty much everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.
There’s also a nice little gym with all the basic equipment you need, although unfortunately no adjustable bench :(
The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was communicated through WhatsApp, which made things pretty easy. Overall, really great value for the price. Would definitely recommend, and I’d absolutely consider staying here again next time in São Paulo.
The only real issue for me was the check-in process. We were a group with several guests, but all the rooms were booked through my account, with multiple bookings and multiple units, so things got a little messy.
At one point, the password for the rooms didn’t work, so I had to contact the staff and wait for a new one. Also, when several units were booked under the same reservation, the system sometimes only generated check-in information for one unit, so I had to message the staff to get the details for the other rooms.
That said, the staff were always helpful and sorted things out. I think if you’re just booking one room for one stay, the whole process should be very straightforward. My situation was just a bit more complicated with several guests, rooms, bookings, and stays.
