Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und groß. Auf allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter montiert. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist auch gut. Und es war sogar ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und es gibt einen separaten Grillplatz, den wir auch nutzen konnten. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in ca. 7-8 Minuten erreichbar. Wir sind dann meistens doch mit dem Auto (2min) zum Strand, Parkmöglichkeiten sind dort auch gut vorhanden. Obwohl das Apartment direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße liegt, sind die Fenster so gut isoliert, dass man den Straßenlärm nicht hört. Das Gelände ist auch mit einem Tor und Zaun gut gesichert. Ist auch eine große Wiese mit Schaukel vorhanden - also auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gut geeignet.
Wir haben auch gute Tipps vom Vermieter für Lokale und Besichtigungen in der Umgebung erhalten. Filios war auch unter der Zeit gut erreichbar.

I would come back anytime.
Honestly I didn't have so many expectations but they were overcome 100%.
Nothing negative to say.
Kitchen well equipped, even dishwasher machine. The fruits waited for us on the table.
Big living room with 3 sofas.
Cool rooms - no need to turn on the air conditioning.
Clean bathroom. In fact clean all over. [Also a laundry machine].
The yard extraordinary, bigger enough, lot of space for kids.
Nice terrace with shade.
The owner I guess, Fotis - so kind, welcomed us with a positive vibe and large smile. He also told us what to visit.
You can live there with any doubts.
